Had an enjoyable stay during a 3 day business trip, everything was very comfortable. The entire staff was willing to help. Double room I stayed at was a nice size and recently refurbished with a clogged shower. The room had a safe, a minibar, and central heating plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. The location was comfortable and decent, just a short stroll away from O Henry Museum. It was located in a perfect area short walk to many attractions, bars and restaurants, minuses that includes and restaurant, an interesting place for me.

We had a wonderful time staying here for three nights in a Deluxe King Room. The rooftop pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxing after our busy days, giving us a great escape. The only minor thing was that the beds were a bit firmer than we liked, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 🌞

Perfect and excellent location in Downtown Austin district just next door to the Omni Austin Downtown and many restaurants and nightlife and Capital and capital. Also, in an exclusive area.

Would stay here again
The Beautiful King Room was super spacious with a tv, mini fridge, and coffee maker. Loved the bathtub! The hotel has a rooftop pool with sun loungers and a bar that serves grilled food. Location is perfect, just a few blocks from 6th Street for nightlife. Staff was really nice and helpful throughout my stay.

Comfortable room, friendly service, we really appreciated the service in the Capital A restaurant and bar where Nathan was an expert server, and the location was very convenient for exploring the city with just a short distance from the airport.
Paid wi-fi in rooms was disappointing.

Loved the awesome staff!
I really enjoyed my stay! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The car valet made it easy to explore downtown, and room service breakfast hit the spot. The only minus was that the room felt a bit small for the price, but overall it was cozy and well-decorated.

Staying at the downtown Omni was fantastic! The kids loved the spacious family suite, and we enjoyed exploring all the vibrant local eateries. Plus, waking up to fine city views while sipping coffee was a highlight for our stay.
My kids wished for more kid-friendly activities at the hotel.
